Norfolk Gliding Club operates a reciprocal membership with other BGA clubs offering the same.
Visiting Pilots are welcome to fly with us up to 14 days of a year
You may or may not require a site or currency check – please discuss with the duty instructor – their decision is final

We have some of the most open and uninterrupted airspace around but do have a nearby ATZ that needs respecting.
We’re also reasonably close to the very active USAF at Lakenheath / Mildenhall so please be aware. Please take a look at our ‘Flying into Tibenham‘ for more local info.

Year-round operation with a Skylaunch Winch (running Dynema) and a Robin Tug providing launches from our 6 tarmac runways!
We have fantastic on site catering, please see here for availability. If the caterers are not available, a selection of hot and cold beverages are available from our self-service kitchen with snacks in the vending machine.
Camping/Caravan site with power and wash/shower facilities.
Trailer Parking and space to leave gliders pitched out.

Whilst the club doesn’t offer any on-site accommodation, our camping/caravan site, along with our recently refurbished shower/wash rooms and toilet block, are available and included in the overnight charge.
Four berth Camper-vans are available at competitive rates and can be delivered to the airfield. For further Information and booking:
